Freelance specialist translators
We are continuously looking for qualified specialist translators for German, English, French, Italian, Spanish, Portuguese, Ukrainian, Japanese, Chinese and other languages. Combinations with German, English, French or Italian are of particular interest.
Subject areas sought: law, medicine, pharmaceuticals, engineering, finance, construction, science, marketing and website localisation.
What you should bring: several years of translation experience, very good research skills, confident terminology work, transparent communication and confidentiality in handling client documents.
Sworn and court-authorised translators
For certified translations, we are looking for translators who are sworn, court-authorised or hold comparable qualifications. Experience with certificates, court documents, diplomas, commercial register documents and documents for international proceedings is important.
We are particularly looking for profiles in English, French, Italian, Spanish, Portuguese, Ukrainian, Russian, Chinese, Japanese, Albanian, Serbian, Croatian and other languages.
Editing, proofreading and MTPE
For companies with ongoing language needs, we are looking for editors, proofreaders and MTPE specialists. The tasks range from specialist texts and websites to reports, brochures, presentations and multilingual corporate communications.
Experience with translation memories, terminology lists, style guides or CMS exports such as XLIFF, CSV, JSON, XML or PO is a plus.
Website translation and SEO localisation
For multilingual websites, landing pages and online shops, we are looking for translators and copywriters with an understanding of SEO. It is not just about correct translation, but about search intent, meta titles, meta descriptions, H1/H2 structure, URL slugs, product copy and conversion.
Profiles with experience in WordPress, Shopify, TYPO3, Webflow, headless CMS, Google Ads landing pages or international content marketing are of interest.
Project assistance and customer service
For coordinating quotes, delivery dates and customer enquiries, we are looking for strong project people with very good written communication. You help to understand enquiries, match them to the right service, plan deadlines realistically and guide orders cleanly through the process.
German and English are important; French, Italian or other languages are an advantage. Experience in translation management, customer service, a law firm, administration or international project business is a very good fit.

- Precision: Names, dates, figures, stamps, technical terms and legal nuances must be right.
- Reliability: When a deadline has been promised, it must be kept – or communicated cleanly and early.
- Confidentiality: Many documents contain sensitive personal, legal, medical or financial information.
- Professional honesty: No one can cover every field equally well. We are looking for clear statements about genuine strengths.
- Good collaboration: Our project managers need quick responses, clear questions and professional communication.
