What it is
If the destination country is not a member of the Hague Apostille Convention, an apostille is not valid there. Instead, the notarised translation is super-legalised – this is the step before consular legalisation. The chain looks like this: translation → notarisation → super-legalisation (legalisation) → consulate of the destination country.
