A typical translation takes 1–3 working days. For urgent deadlines we check express delivery within 12–24 hours and confirm a realistic date directly with the quote.
Do you need my original documents?＋
No. A scan or a legible photo is sufficient – originals are not required for a certified translation.
How fast is express delivery?＋
On request we deliver within 24 hours for an express surcharge – feasibility is confirmed with your quote.
Which type of certification do I need?＋
Our team selects the appropriate certification for your receiving authority – certified, notarised or with apostille, taking your specific requirements into account.
How is confidentiality ensured?＋
Your documents are handled in accordance with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection. On request we sign an additional non-disclosure agreement.
What does my translation cost?＋
We prepare an individual quote for every client that represents the binding final price for your order – no hidden costs.
How is it delivered?＋
By post, registered mail or as a PDF with qualified electronic signature by e-mail. Collection in Küsnacht is possible by appointment.
