Prices
What a translation costs depends on a few clearly identifiable factors: the language combination, the length and type of document, the form of certification required and the delivery method. For standard certificates such as birth certificates, marriage certificates, driving licences or diplomas we quote a flat rate – so you know the price in advance. Longer documents such as contracts, judgments or articles of association are priced by length.
The price becomes binding with the quote: upload your document via the quote form and you will receive a binding quote with a fixed price and delivery date within 30 minutes during office hours. What is quoted is what is charged – no hidden surcharges, no surprises. The price includes translation by qualified specialist translators, quality control and certification with stamp and signature.
Additional services are also priced transparently: notarisation, an apostille for use abroad, express delivery within 12 to 24 hours or dispatch by registered mail. More than 6,000 satisfied customers trust this model – from private clients with a single certificate to companies with ongoing translation needs, for whom we are happy to agree individual terms.

FAQ
Why are no prices listed here?+
Because the price depends on the language combination, the length of the document and the form of certification, any price list would be inaccurate. Instead, you receive a binding quote with a fixed price within 30 minutes – free of charge and without obligation.
Is the quote really binding?+
Yes. What is quoted is what is charged. The fixed price in the quote applies – no hidden surcharges are added.
What is included in the price?+
Translation by qualified specialist translators, quality control and, for certified translations, the certification note with stamp and signature. Additional services such as notarisation, an apostille or express delivery are itemised separately.
Are there special terms for companies?+
Yes. For corporate clients with regular translation needs we are happy to agree individual terms – contact us to discuss your requirements.
