How to reach the right team

For quotes: The quickest route is the quote request – upload your document and you will receive a binding quote with a fixed price and delivery date within 30 minutes during office hours. For ongoing orders: Simply reply to the email from your project manager – that way your message lands directly with the right team. For business clients: For framework agreements, glossaries and ongoing translation needs, write to info@unitranslate.ch with the keyword “business client” – we will get in touch for a short conversation. For urgent translations: Call us or message us on WhatsApp at +41 76 238 50 49 – we check express deliveries in 12–24 hours immediately and confirm the deadline as binding.

Good to know: Your documents reach us around the clock via the form and by email – at night and at weekends too. Enquiries are answered during office hours (Mon–Fri 08:00–18:00, Sat 09:00–14:00), as a rule within 30 minutes.

Your enquiry

Whether it’s about a current order, the right type of certification for your document or a long-term partnership for your company: our project managers advise you competently, free of charge and without obligation. For specific pricing, we recommend the quote request – you will receive a binding quote with a fixed price and delivery date within 30 minutes.
