UniTranslate
Documents
You need a certified translation whenever a foreign-language document is submitted to an official body – for naturalisation, marriage, university study, the recognition of a diploma or the founding of a company. UniTranslate translates and certifies every type of document in more than 100 languages: from birth certificates through diplomas and employment references to commercial register extracts and court judgments.
The process is equally straightforward for every document: you upload a scan or a clearly legible photo via our quote form – we do not need the original. Within 30 minutes during office hours you receive a binding quote with a fixed price and delivery date. Once you confirm, a specialist translator translates your document; the translation is then certified and delivered by post, by registered mail or as a PDF with a qualified electronic signature (QES). With express delivery, your certified translation reaches you within 12 to 24 hours.
Depending on the receiving authority, an office certification by our translation agency is sufficient, or a notarised translation or an apostille for use abroad is additionally required – we advise you on this free of charge and, on request, also arrange the notarisation and apostille for you. No problem: we translate practically every type of document. Simply upload your document via the quote form and you will receive a quote within 30 minutes.
Which form of certification do I need?+
